Here's a little overview: Every year, our school takes kids in our grade to the redwoods near Pescadero, California, which is around 20 miles south of Half Moon Bay. We stay for four days in January, and is one of the most anticipated field trips in our school. I left school on January 9th and came back January 12th.
Remember some time ago, I said I was planning something special for you, and that it would come out this month? So it turns out that my original idea was scrapped (insider information right here), and I will be presenting you my new plan, which I think will be a LOT more interesting.
So, here we are: I will be showing you a "diary" of what happened on my trip! I'm hoping that you'll find it entertaining. Or maybe not. Perhaps you know someone who's going on a similar trip, or you yourself are going on a similar trip. In that case, feel free to use my writings as a guide to outdoor education.
My "diary" will last four weeks, one entry per week, starting next Sunday. After that, we will return to book reviews and the usual. As always, feel free to contact me about things that you would like to see me write!
Notice: We have had some publishing problems, so this post has been postponed to Monday, January 15, 2018.
