A Dork Diaries Event

    Back again today, this time, not with a full story, but with just an interesting (and comical) event I found in one of the Dork Diaries books. As you may know, the main character of the Dork Diaries series is Nikki Maxwell, and her younger sister's name is Brianna. So, one day Brianna brings home the class fish, Rover, saying that it was her turn to take care of the goldfish. Brianna is very prone to making disasters, and this is no exception. Nikki finds Brianna feeding Rover. At first glance it looks like normal fish food, but no, it is Princess Sugar Plum Fairy Cereal. Then, she gives Rover a warm bubble bath and practically cooks the fish! Nikki tries to explain that the fish is dead, but Brianna insists that it is sleeping. So Nikki tells her mom, and they go on an emergency trip to the pet store to get a new goldfish that looks like Rover. After getting one, they call Brianna's teacher, who explains that the same thing has happened with other students, and the Rover they just bought was actually Rover the NINTH.
