Best Friend Next Door

Hey there! I'm back from a VERY long break with an amazing new book! Best Friend Next Door, by Carolyn Mackler portrays the story of two similar girls with the same birthday, same swim team, same school, same street, and same addiction to palindromes. It also shows how they deal with their problems in the book; Hannah deals with her friend Sophie's move, along with her stepmother and father having a baby. Emme has to deal with her move, and also with some school bullying. These two girls then become best friends.

Best Friend Next Door by Carolyn Mackler

I really like this book, because it tells the story of two girls who make friends because of their similarities, and help each other; for instance, Emme can be an optimist, while Hannah thinks things through with the pro and the cons. Also, I like the fact that they are both very competitive, and try to do what is right.
